  • Shipping & Delivery
  • All website orders over $75 receive FREE SHIPPING within the 48 States. Orders that total less than $75 are only $8 for s/h. We want you to know your total before you checkout, no surprises.

    Free shipping is typically UPS ground with tracking to a U.S. street address. Occasionally we use the post office for small items. We only ship to the address given in PayPal unless payment is sent through WesternUnion.com or by money order. Delivery takes 1 to 7 business days. Please contact us for other shipping options like express or a USPS shipping quote outside the US. Overseas buyers should receive orders within 19 days of payment.

    If you do not live in the United States, you may place an order by clicking the "Contact Us" button at the top of our site. Please include your address and the item(s) you are interested in. Once we calculate your shipping, we will email the item and shipping total with a link to PayPal where you'll be able to pay for your order.

    Great care goes into packing items for safe delivery. Everything we ship is insured and unopened unless requested or clearly stated otherwise.

    How long before an order ships?

    In Stock items usually ship within 48 hours.
    Special Order items usually ship within two weeks.
    Pre-Order items usually ship in a month or two if no production delays occur.

    What is a PreOrder?
    A PreOrder is an order placed for items that are coming out in the future. Sometimes placing a PreOrder is the only way to get certain items at a good price, especially Limited Editions since demand can be greater than supply. Rarely preorders sell out and allocations may occur. When this happens, orders fill on a first come, first served basis. Patience is necessary if placing a PreOrder because release dates may be delayed. We tend to get new products quickly however. To shop for items releasing in the future click here. Please note: Customers who cancel preorders or special orders will be charged a fee, 20% of the canceled item's price. Please be sure of your purchase before buying.   • Surreal Toys does not accept returns at this time. We try to be very precise and objective with our descriptions. If there are questions or doubts, please contact us before you buy. We want our customers to be 100% certain of their purchase, not disappointed when it arrives. Every item is brand new unless clearly stated otherwise on the item's page. Insurance and confirmation/tracking is included in the shipping price in the rare case of loss or damage.
